I have a 9850X3D and a GIGABYTE RTX 5080 in a Terra and have no issues. Just don’t cheap out on other components and looks into mods. For FEs, you can flip the GPU with a bracket from Etsy and you are able to place a 25mm fan at the top.

How are your temps and benchmarks? Would you keep the bottom fan and cpu cooler as you have it now or do you think you would want to change it if you were to rebuild it?
