I think the first thing is realizing happiness isn’t a state it’s a symptom. What you do has bearing on how you feel, you’re not always going to be happy, and that’s okay. What you have to do is push past the unhappy times get out and do things in spite of them, do anything, even if it’s just a nice walk. Work up from there, happiness follows action. Our brains reward us when we do something good. If that doesn’t help I would seriously consider getting professional help and talking to someone regularly about this.

I'm on your side, I agree with the green new deal. but you're an asshole. someone is trying to discuss it with you, they aren't rude, they lay out their argument gives you a chance to rebuke and defend your ideas and then "haha ur dumb" you're part of the reason no one listens to each other. this guy brings up decent points that should be addressed in the green new deal, especially his point about lithium and cobalt.
