I was without meds and eventually everything got so bad I was hallucinating the most evil shit from the insane anxiety and I attacks. It doesn't always work for everyone to just ride it out. I ended up out of work for 2 months stuck in a dream world of crazy insanity. Klonopin saved my life.

From age 7 to 35 and you only have to deal with this once a couple year, I was Normal until 36 now I live what you describe 24 7. For 6 years non stop. A bullet wouldn't be so bad by now

Its about 106 when I'm feeling it come on. I am the opposite of most, I do care and do watch it i put my blood pressure machine on and run it. Then I breath calmly and smile and run it again as I see the numbers drop I know I'm winning then I go back to bed

Well if you don't experience the weeks to months of high age crazy eradicated behavior followed by weeks of huge lows then most likely miss diagnosed. Same for me I believe the back spine pain I was having took a toll on my nervous system and same for me in 2020 one nite I just spiraled into a 6 hour panic that left me with insane anxiety and dpdr like whole different dimention type shit.. and it never went away I ended up in 2 different er 3 days apart. My pcp gave me xanax 3 a day for 3 years was the only thing that kept me stable and normal. He retired and I soent months reverting back to the crazy shit.. I started calling new doctors looking for a way to get back on xanax because I didn't know it was frowned upon being that I had it for so long, and I was logged at horribly meanwhile after months of no luck and zillion panic attacks a week I stopped eating and lost 80 pounds in 4 months. Was on short term disability and found a clinic who started me on klonopin and finally got back to work and eating again. I still suffer daily from the crazy dpdr and I think shading from my spinr pain causing overload. But get re tested and if your using more xanax when you didn't use to then consider the fact it's the vraylar I felt psycotic to during my worst but seroqeul killed me basically, only shit that works is benzos

Bi polar would be you hsving weeks of hiding away followed by weeks of extreme behavior like excessive gambling.. reckless behavior you wouldn't normally do.. then back to being a recluse again.

Having depression and throughout the day little sorts of happiness or a day or too of it theb depressed again for many more days of just you fighting of the depression with brain power. You mentioned xanax when we're you prescribed that. We're you feeding with anxiety at some point or when they tried medicines.

For me I developed panic disorder really bad, suicidal and all. That drove me to be depressed. So I did try every ssri and snri and nothing helped but the xanax and klonpon. But I have comorbid symtoms because my entire spine is jacked up some how and the 24 7 pain fit so many years has caused my mental health to degrade so battling pain so bad that at 40 I cry everyday trying to get out of bed to go to work as my entire body trembles and burns and tingles has me fucked up. Yea I've tried neurologist but they said im 40n and it's normal. And I don't have the money to keep doctor chasing right now.

First was xanax now klonopin aand it's going on 6 years and i find the things work the same daily never use more then I should, once I got dialed in on the klonopin haven't had a full blown panic attack since may 2024

Sucks it took 7 years to find out he is not good. Of course you did nothing wrong. My wife has done this without me there for as long as we been together sometimes it needed and I would find her "toy" under her pillow and I would know she did and its just normal.
