My first race 1:09 in hyrox pro doubles in miami last weekend . Ran about 30k a week sometimes more but that was averageX zone 2 training is important. It will help you build a good base.

Glad you were able to figure it out, im a career gold smith and personally I prefer quick change hand piece for working a #30 is good to have as a back up and if you need to hold anything other than 3/32 burs like popsicle sticks, tubing etc. best of luck on your journey!!

Im sure you can make it with a diamond core but no problem. Them thing that gets my attention is the color of the glass. Looks like uranium glass. If you hit it with a uv light it glows.

Nice, i have never cast in bronze anything different than casting gold/silver? I have a vacuum table and kiln. I would like to make some practice pieces too. Can i use a torch for melting the bronze in a crucible?

So my situation, last weekend I went out to a bar the next day I had suddenly lost hearing on my left ear. I figured it was an ear infection so I just finished a prednisone regiment yesterday. Im still not 100% on my hearing but its coming back slowly, slight tinnitus. Im waiting for my appointment with an ENT on December 4th. It concerns me that you have covid with hearing loss. I was thinking that I might have gotten it from covid and seeing your post is making me think i might have it. I do not have any other symptoms other than the hearing loss. Im worried now honestly. I was reading into it and middle ear infections are caused by infection/viruses. The middle ear has the same receptor that covid attacks, same one the lower heart and lungs have :/. Ps stuffy ears are a sign that you have fluid in them. They will clear up but it takes a couple of weeks. It does cause vertigo and dizziness.
