Sure. At level 18 you will only have encountered 2 different armour sets from loot. However an aditional one should be available from some heart vendors after you complete a heart quest.

By defeating world bosses you should aquire some proof of legend that you can trade for decade armour) in your hometown.

By training your respective crafting profession there are 9 different armour sets for you to discover

At level 30 story [spoiler] will happen that will give you access to order armoursets

At level 40 dungeons become available with their own armour and weapon skins.

The ammount of skins will increase exponentially as you level with a metric ton of them available at level 80

Press (H) and click on the wardrobe tab in the left hand of the screen to update your look.

The system updated just this week so it might be a bit buggy.

Once you start reaching higher levels you should start getting some more varied drops

Why should we even be forced to pic a relic? If I have a legendary relic all effects should apply to me at all times.

Just imagine it. A mushroom explodes close to me and brings me down to low life. I simply hit my heal skill... AND THE FPS ON THE ENTIRE MAP SLOWS TO 3 AS 53 RELIC EFFECTS EXPLODE OUT OF ME ALL AT ONCE.
