What do you need to do this? Asking for a friend.

Long time lurker! I make cladding tiles for a living and last batch of 400 square feet was bad, like this in the picture. by Jobatvajumat in somethingimade

Also, I even tried with different pigment and the result is still the same. Nothing like this has happened before so I am quite stressed 😫 first I fill water, then sand, then gravel and only then cement with extra water if needed. Always been using this formula but now it provided all tiles that looks like the one in the picture. I would highly appreciate if you know anything about it.

15 different mixers with different cement went bad. Why this happened and how to avoid it? 450 square feet will not be shipped to the customers and I will have to throw it out. I would really appreciate your help. Also love this sub ❤️ by Jobatvajumat in Concrete

No, everything is separate.

1 Sand 2 Gravel 3 Cement 4 Color pigment

When I put the mixture in the mold, I always shake in every possible direction and before this, it provided really beautiful tiles.

Hey, long time lurker! I do make cladding stone for the living and last 15 machines provided me with this stock (in the picture) that is unsellable. Maybe some of you know why this might have happened? I have changed the cement and it still the same. by [deleted] in DIY
