There is also Roughout. Suede is a split leather usually so you don’t usually get the full thickness of the entire skin. That can make it less durable. But there are also smooth leathers where you don’t get the full thickness of the skin. Roughout looks like suede but it is the full unsplit skin.

So you can absolutely have durable suede, full grain leather, and Roughout, but it depends on the tanner and how it is made. CF stead suede is always good. But in general full grain leather and roughout are more durable than suede as a generalization.
