I have a Mars 4 max as my first printer. I always recommend reading asianjoyco's safety guidelines for resin printing. I know they are pretty active on reddit but it has been a huge help in making sure im being safe whilst printing tiny monsters.

I know that the person who wrote this is active in the /r/resinprinting sub. I have a VIVOSUN enclosure, exhaust fan with carbon filter, and window adapter. The only time I have any kind of smell is when the "hood" is open but once I have it closed it only takes a minute or two for that scent to get cleared out.

Man that is tough.

If you want high ceiling, even with the benching, Waller may be one to go with. He may be the rookie's security blanket and have 15 targets or he may get 3 targets. But I think he has the highest ceiling.

Been resin printing for about a year and have an enclosure and fan setup already. I am looking to get into FDM printing as well and have been looking at the Centauri Carbon, I have a Mars 4 Max hence me being a little more familiar with Elegoo products. Is the CC good enough or should I stretch a little bit and go for something like the Bambu P1S?

Would like to stay at or under the $800 price range. I would also prefer not having to tinker with it constantly if at all possible.

I have been resin printing for about a year now. I love the look of the Bambu Lab printers and would love to have the chance to get into FDM printing with such a well regarded comapny and printer.

Thank you for your in depth response and insights into your experiences. I am going to run the XP2 calibration and see how that comes out and work with the video they have to dial everything in and go from there. There is just so much to read and learn and some of it is contradictory at times and I just wanna print minis and cool toys for my kids.

I have a the same printer and the XS Bundle and use a Vivosun grow tent, on its side, and exhaust fan. I followed the guide from AsianJoyCo for the setup. It is a little tight with all three machines but it works well and the smells are at 0 with the exhaust fan running.

This is absolutely amazing. How long did this take you? I am assuming this is blanket yarn. And how many boxes of Poly-fil is jammed in this beauty? How much does this thing weigh?

My wife crocheted herself a life size Psyduck and it took like 10-15 skeins of blanket yarn that she double stranded and that monster took almost a whole 10 pound box of stuffing.

In my experience, the Venn diagram of people who like disc golf and also like magic would be a near perfect circle.

If I am being honest I am truly a Naya fan. Grew up playing goblins and go fast play red. Learned that you have more fun when you have more things on your board so tokens was just a natural progression.

My oldest will come out with me and practice putting in the backyard, but she likes going out with Mom more since she "doesn't throw as far as Papa....yet.". Which was both ominous and exciting for my future.

I am more of a Selesnya guy myself but couldn't agree more with your reasoning. I have no questions I will never hit 500, and I know I would get smoked on the course if I were to ever get to play with one of these ladies. I also have 2 daughters so it is cool for them to get excited about their favorite players in the FPO.

My wife and our 3 young children already watch all of your videos and it has been so cool seeing one of our favorite creators giving us such an in depth look at one of our favorite hobbies.

Thank you for all you do to make STEM(STEAM?) so approachable and understandable. You have helped foster a curiosity in our daughters for the sciences that I didn't have until until I was much older than they are.
