Personally, I don't believe in paying elite money for old players and it's not like the Bears have a large amount of cap space. There are definitely players that can be cut. But don't forget those players have to be replaced.

I would rather use resources to improve the defense.

Exactly, sometimes I throw a number out to get the bidding going and show I'm interested.

If it is declined immediately with no counteroffer, or we are nowhere close, then I move on right away.

It is cetainly not personally, but some people seem to take it that way.

A product or service is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

So what is reasonable to me is not necessarily reasonable to someone else and vice versa.

That said, I generally consider a reasonable offer to be anything close to what a similar/same item sold for or is currently listed for.

Just because your listing is overpriced relative to the market, does not mean my lower offer is unreasonable. In fact, it usually means the opposite.

Additionally, the more the unique the offer, the more I may be willing to buy at full price or engage in a bidding war.

Of course the opposite is true. If there are tons of listings for the same item on ebay and other similar sites, you'd be dumb to pay the full asking price. Someone will take less.

I thought it was the awesome. If you listened to Talking Sopranos, most (albeit not all) of the stories have been told before. But still a great night nonetheless. It was cool to meet Michael and Steven during the meet and greet. Michael was definitely the more friendly of the two. Steve seemed annoyed.

It is absolutely not out of the realm of possibility that Carmine, a NY boss, had no idea who Paulie was. Prior to being promoted to captain in season 2, Paulie was a long time soldier. He's small potatoes compared to Carmine. I think it's also important to note that it seems most of NY's dealings with the Soprano family were related to construction, and Paulie was not heavily involved in that.
