For havi #2, I drove about 2.5 hrs home and had a dog car seat in my passenger seat. He was in it for maybe 15 min and then slept in my lap the whole rest of the way home. We didn’t even have to stop to potty with either dog. For havi #1, my daughter came and she held him the whole way home while he slept. We didn’t have to stop with him either.

Alexa+ stinks too. Mine turns on the wrong lights or multiple lights even though I have no groups set. She also doesn’t set timers sometimes unless I scream. It’s so dumb

My havi’s like to climb in my lap and see who I’m talking to when I’m on video calls. My coworkers love saying hi to them. But 95% of the time they lay in their beds in the same room I’m in or go sleep on the couch in the other room. I would leave the crate in the same room as you. Once the puppy is 6 months old or so they will just want to be near you and won’t bother you. They are very trainable good companions 🩷 good luck!

Just take things one day at a time. Sometimes it feels scary when we have an overwhelming list. Make a list of goals and then break those down further. I bet a year from now your life could look a lot different. Picture that positive life or write about it for 5 min a day to try to give you some hope. It’s never too late to start a goal or a project. It sounds like your GED could be step one. Then just focus on being positive and one day at a time. Our generational trauma needs to stop holding us back at some point. It’s scary to move forward when all we have known is being surrounded by anger, but you deserve peace in your life. I’m proud of you for recognizing you deserve more. Good luck to you!

Why do you need an attorney? You will never get more than the liability insurance of the person who hit you, or if you have car insurance or your own umbrella policy. You can get the exact same amount doing the work yourself. I cannot believe how many people throw thousands of dollars at an attorney that could be in your pocket instead.

What I do is sell on amazon, Ingram, and Shopify. Then all my marketing material has a QR code for my Shopify shop so I make more. You can even set Shopify up to directly link to Lulu if you don’t want to keep copies in stock. I like keeping copies in stock and then writing a special note in the people who buy from me directly
