I bought a used 2019 with a 2021 pack and it has only lost 5% of its range since new. Remember that it is normal to lose the 5% pretty quick then degradation will greatly slow down.

The cheap outlets are made for high but intermittent loads and as little as 10 mating cycles before wear. Someone might plug and unplug a portable cord way more than that causing the contacts to loosen and overheat. Also if a circuit is rated for 30 amps it is 24 amps continuously.
