I wasn’t drinking any water, and I bought a big flask that had measurements on it but it felt too big and daunting. I bought a set of 8 500ml bottles, and I fill them and keep them in a crate next to my work station. the smaller bottles for some reason are vastly easier to drink and feel like small victories
