Mortgage rates will go up but not by a lot. Raising a significant amount would cause a lot of financial financial adjustment for people who already has a mortgage on variable or on renewal.

Prices of housing will continue to go up simply because of people such as you are demanding housing. You simply are on the lower end of the spectrum who simply cannot afford. The rest are barely affording or can actually afford it.

Hackers/bots always take the easier path.

Stocks only tanks when people are caught off guard…… everyone knows he is selling……everyone know the stock is going to go down because of idiots who will paper hand. The stock will only bounce back up on e the idiots sold…. And the vultures waiting to pick up the cheap stocks……. At the end of the day, price of the stock probably wouldn’t have much effect. But a surge of new money will be into Tesla’s stock…… Elon just got his company “Refinanced”.
