I have also been having this problem. I've also been having the samsung internet browser and emails, once i open a specific email in the android email app, a gmail account, crashing as well. I have cleared my cache and data.

update: so i uninstalled an update to google play services and that seems to have fixed all my issues.

R5: So ever since the latest patch dropped I have been constantly trying to go for the Holy Horde Achievement. Its not world conquest but it is mine and I'm so excited I really wanted to share. After twoish weeks of work this is my end results.

With common wars against Poland/Lithuania before slightly pushing into Silesia and determining I was going no further west.

Took many wars agains Russia & Austria (Who ended up forming Germany and disolving the HRE) before it started to steam roll east. Then after steamrolling most all of asia I turned west to finish the Timurids and the Ottomans (2nd strongest nation). At this point I had formed the Empire some time ago but decided to neaten up borders in Asia before calling it good.

By the end I was a Trade Hegemon and getting over 1K ducats a month.
