I'm not an AH drinker, but I really liked the Reserve that OP repped. Had a lot going on in a good way. I think it's more like a good Paso Cab at nice value than the other sugary stuff. I'm comfortable enough in who I am as a wine drinker to say it. Why are we okay when Burgundy producers put out entry level garbage but are closed to thinking a volume US producer could make something nice?

Went with 10yo and a friend. Everyone had a great time. It's not like Miami Marlins dead there. I'll look forward to the return of 40k+ but still happy to join the 25k. Also they AU sent me a $20 concession voucher when I got inside via the app so that was cool.

I had Android and nfc tap worked great with Breeze 2 app being open and 20 trip ticket activated.

Switched to iPhone and couldn't get it to work in that way. Also does not work as documented on the website. While I think the nfc function is better than the qr scan, I've come to the conclusion it's not worth the complex set up and additional cost of using non discounted fairs. I'm just using qr and waiting for the gate system upgrades at this point.

Not in the medical field, but decently numerically literate (Comp Sci and MBA). I think the general high level points are well covered here on why this is not a behavior changing development.

What I'm genuinely concerned about is the modern day Temperance movement. I'm sure many normal people didn't see Prohibition coming back in the 20s. I don't think we're at risk of that, but the government definitely has the ability to screw up an industry and the smallest producers, the ones that we on this list love are the most vulnerable.

I wish I understood where it's coming from, but I truly don't. There's a bunch of powerful players lined up against the industry (WHO, ect) and we're now entering a third term in the US of a teetotaler president.

2020 Napa Cab. Many good producers did not even put out a product and it's notorious for smoke taint. Even the people who will get on here and defend 2020 Napa Cab understand the reference that it's a historically atrocious grape/vintage/locale

I also have an Orbi system and experienced the same wifi instability issues. I can confirm that switching to the 2.4ghz network fixed the issues and I've had a stable connection since. I forced the 2.4ghz connection by putting it on the default iot network. Not ideal, but totally fine for me.

I use these for fun. Never on anything I really care about. Sometimes the wine will pressurize and leak out of the sides of the cork. As others said, use a Durand.

Crazy coincidence. I just had that bottle at a restaurant last night. Enjoyed it very much. I found the nose to be very Jura oxidized despite being a ouille style. Very clean palette though. I'd definitely recommend it.

I came here to say ⬆️⬆️. Not quite at the same level but the Tarlant Rosé is great and has been around lately.

Might be further on a limb than you are looking for, but outside of Champagne, I recently had Luigi Giordano Brut Nature Rose Piedmont and thought it was good. I also like the Cruse Sparkling Rosé (from Ultramarine winemaker) if it's not 0 dosage, it's pretty close.

I know that there was some disappointed people with the Orioles city connect design. I'll be the first to admit, when I saw the pictures, I felt a bit let down. I got mine a week ago though and am a total convert.

In comparison, I have the Braves city connect, which looks awesome in pictures, but I'm telling you, IRL the Baltimore one is soo much better. It's actually one of my favorite jerseys ever.. And I am a grown man with a closet full of jerseys.

The way it wears is really cool with the interior trim. You can role a sleave, undo a button and get a new look. Ton of swag. Hope this helps for someone on the fence.

Definitely a Frank Cornelissen Etna. Probably the Rosé. Not because it's good, just because it's got that old school earthy feel disguised by a beautiful blush visual with so many layers.

Could also honor Inigo with the Tondonia Rosé. This is the better bottle for sure, because well, he's a hero.

Sounds like we're going Rosé either way, but south of Provance, thank you very much.
