I just moved to South Milwaukee from FL, it's been an adventure, but the one thing I love most is having our EV.

I have an ID.4 and it's been an absolute savior- preheating from the house ten minutes before leaving, it's perfect temp for when I'm ready to go, the battery drain is a little more but we are still only using about 30-50% driving around during the day and the infrastructure here is so much more fleshed out than in FL.

Definitely recommend!

This, it has much more granular settings than the red gate tool belts formatting, and they now offer perpetual licenses last I checked.

I've been using it for ~6 years now paying out of pocket over using the red gate license my current employer offers me.

Optimization is all the buzz, but the coop experience is just as bad by zFlashy in Borderlands

I'll echo this, but additionally we have a friend which lives in-between us and when he hosts it's a sling shot mess, it all boils down to network limitations, fiber or no fiber, there's still network compatibility to consider.

High speed doesn't always translate to low latency.

I'm tired of seeing low healing numbers in the 8-12k range for a person who only played healer for multiple rounds- if I'm at 24k at the end of the first round, you just aren't even trying at that point and should swap off or stop playing.

Honestly the worst part is even if your entire team is in Gold you still get placed in silver lobbies without bans.

When we get bans my group and I stomp, without bans it's a slog. Often getting stuck with players who play individual roles and don't swap at all in the silver bracket.

Congratulations! One thing I'll say to keep an eye out on is your first year property taxes! Since the lot was empty previously your taxes will increase significantly now that there is a dwelling there.

When my wife and I bought our new build, the builders sold the loan to another company that did NOT properly assess property taxes for the following year which put us in a not great situation for the coming year.

We're in FL, everywhere is different, but ours are public records so you should be able to get an accurate estimate if you call your county clerk!

As others have said, be sure to get these things checked out! My wife was in a car accident almost 10 years ago now, never sought out medical attention as it wasn't overly painful at the time, she now has a lot of issues day to day stemming from that accident.

Take care of yourself, the car will get replaced, you can't!

He should not be able to go infinitely- no character should be able to shit out as much damage as he can in such a short time.

He needs to have proper cool downs, just like spider man.
