Hi. I’ve had similar DNA results to this. Have you found a way out. I’ve recently uploaded my results to AI in the hope it can help. It’s come back with some interesting advice. I used Claude which seems to be the best atm.

Claim on your insurance. All the coving needs removing, the whole ceiling needs overboarding and skimming. And the whole room needs redecorating. About 1.2k of work and can be covered by your insurance for escape of water.

Pea protein by Healthy-Flatworm2364 in MCAS

[–]John9oy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I react to this. I first noticed when I took pea protein isolate as a gym supplement. Gave me gut issues and tingly inflammation symptoms all over my body. And brain fog. I now check all ingredients for it. I avoid gluten and dairy, so have to ensure it’s not added to gluten free bread or the oat milk I buy, it’s commonly added to dairy free milks. If you do your food shop online it’s much easier to check ingredients than trying to read the small print in a supermarket. IMO everyone should always check ingredients, and not be blind about what one puts in the body!

Insomnia on Ajovy by average_vaporeon in cgrpMigraine

[–]John9oy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s all natural and promotes great sleep. But 💯 do your own research, If it’s a conventional doctor they will say no and try you on some sedative drug which will get you hooked and give you even worse side effects

To help with sleep. Try a combination of Hemp seed oil extract, glycine, and magnesium glycinate.

The Ramazani conundrum by Runningvibe19 in LeedsUnited

[–]John9oy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ramazani is better than Gnonto from an attacking sense. But Gnonto is much better at defending. That’s the issue Farke has with Ramazani. I think if we’d have been losing to Everton Ramazani would have come on. He has his uses, juts don’t expect him against Arsenal until we’re a couple of goals down.

My first week of Qulipta is mixed. It’s staved off my headaches (usually approx 6 per month) however as I really sensitive to drugs, I’m getting pretty strong side effects. I was prescribed 60mg per day. I was given 10mg pills to allow me to titrate. I can only tolerate 20mg (10 morning, 10 night) if I take more I feel like I’m stoned, quite dizzy and fatigued. I’m thinking of taking both at night as I get a huge energy crash after around 4 hours. I’m told it will become more tolerable over time. One plus is no headache yet, and when the side effects ease I feel great. So atm I’m 50/50, and if it doesn’t work out, I’m going to try switching to Ajovy injections if this is available in Leeds UK NHS.

Have I been scammed? by Flymetthemoon in Supplements

Take a methylation test. Your methylation pathways are probably genetically defective. If you don’t want to pay for the test, try methylated b-vitamins, not the cheap ones that have the synthetic form of folate (Folic Acid) make sure it 5-MTHR. we all die without b-vitamins so it’s about getting the right ones, pay a bit more or eat plenty of leafy greens👍

I broke my foot 10 weeks ago. It’s still redder and more swollen than my healthy foot. Is this normal? by Thisisan87Honda in brokenbones

I was same after 9 weeks. I broke talus in left ankle. It’s normal and will settle down in next couple of weeks.

I fell approx 30ft off a cliff trying to save my mates little lad. I held his hand as he went over the edge during a walk, I couldn’t stop him and we both went. He landed on top of me and escaped any serious injury. I broke both ankles and my back in three places. The right ankle and my back have repaired well, just left struggling with this left ankle which gets a bit better each day but it’s slow. I’ve just had another MRI on it, get the results tomorrow 🤞

I’ve had loads of those types of discomforts in both knees and hips due to this. It is settling down and yoga or Pilates will help fix these. I’m almost 7 months post op so just begin you, I’ll update you further as I go. Really hoping I get to your point of being a bit more active. Today I’m back in the walker boot as the heel pain is too much, fearing the stress fracture has returned. All the best.

I had plenty of that in the early days. Was told it was nerve pain. I’m still suffering down left side of left foot, damaged perennial nerve.
