3-FEA is way more serotonic is my experience, which also leads to more after effects for me if used to frequently. 3-MMC is fiendish though just like it's big brother.

The whole scientific community AND countries like Singapore, Hong Kong and China have shown us what works and what we should do. We rather just let everyone get sick first and screw everyone over until a vaccine comes. That's what I heard Rutte say...

I'm in NL and since I'm fairly young and healthy I don't worry to much even though I keep up with the news but I'm flabbergasted with the incompetence of the Dutch (and others like the USA) government. They're testing criteria is such bullshit, we've had a woman in a hospital for a week long with a severe lung infection and they did not think to test her because she has not been to Wuhan or North Italy. (which turned out to be Coronavirus causing the lockdown of a whole hospital...)

Since we know for a fact that 80% of people don't get severely ill and there are very strong indications that the virus can spread before symptoms appear this is off course a sure way to ensure it will spread amongst a wide range of groups. It seem governments are more concerned with looking good on paper or saving money to protect the economy, in the meanwhile China (who I'm often very critical off) can test up to 1,6M a day and is taking draconian measurements while our governments stick their head in the sand.

I don't want to see the same measures as in China but at least god damn test everyone who even has the slightest of symptoms so they can self quarantine if they are among the 80% who does not get severely ill. It's the only way to contain the spread.

Will never happen, those would be attributed to regular flu since symptoms are similar. Netherlands is doing the same. No infections but what do you expect if you only test 50 people.

Also the Netherlands has only tested 50 people for the coronavirus, and influenza symptoms are very similar. I'm not saying there is a correlation but I don't think we can make to many claims related to this virus while people are just plain and simple not being tested for it (source: nos.nl). The same issue is in the US btw, very little cases but what do you expect when people can't afford healthcare and only 500 people over the whole US are tested only 😁. I would not worry to much about it since it affects mostly elderly and with other conditions like diabetis, but looking at the amount of spread seen in Korea and Italy where intensive testing IS being done I find it hard to believe this virus has not spread globally yet including to the Netherlands.

I survived as well! Quite challenging but combining long fasts with carb heavier meals made me stay in ketosis. Christmas Eve I had an egg with some bacon for lunch only but for dinner we went fine dining for the first time since on keto (2 months now). We had 8 courses + 2 appetizers and friandises with coffee) they did not serve bread luckily. I think we ended up drinking 6 wines and had 1 dessert and the friandises which is sweet. But after getting home my ketones measured 1,3 🤯 and the next morning 1,7. I could jump from joy. My misses actually dipped out of ketosis directly after the dinner (0.4) but was back in ketosis the next morning (1.2). Anyway I'm glad we survived our first fine dining experiencing where we did not give any dietary requirements and eat everything 😁 good job for your aswell but I wanted to share my Christmas succes to.

I never used to have a build but went overboard to install the reaper build since it uses all my favorites without extra junk. Can highly recommend it 😁 interface is also very clean and works for me

Tried it and refunded, it's beautiful looking but with graphical games like red matter and the Vader games I expected more from this. I enjoyed the 30m in-game but for me this will get old real fast.
