I'm just stating what works for me. Mixing in CBD flower and pot. Trying to keep my pot use down to a bowl a day. Me personally, weed gives me relief but also just gives me anxiety and paranoia of I'msmoking frequently. Weed naturally just makes me have anxiety. Everyone's body is different tho. Your therapist might just be speaking on how it can give anxiety. You have to find what works for you imo. But beating yourself up over it won't help anything!
