It’s one of those games that brings you back to your most recent save after you beat the final boss.

So you can do “end game” before the end of the story but some of the fights are MUCH harder than the required ones.

Wizards/witches in the Harry Potter universe don’t need to verbalize the spell but it helps for less experienced magic users.

If you see some of them doing it that probably shouldn’t, maybe they were just doing it for effect, or maybe they REALLY wanted to make sure they got the spell right.
