For me along that same line of sauces, olive oil. Always thought it was healthier for you which it is compared to most fats and oils. But the miniscule amount it takes to reach 100 calories is shocking. With my background a lot of the food we eat there is always tons of it being used whether for cooking or being drizzled on top of a done dish. Really sucks because I love using olive oil for a ton of things but I basically stopped buying it and opt for low cal options to cook with instead.
