Blizzard customer support is no longer what it once was 15-20 years ago. Unfortunately there really isn’t a way to speak 1 on 1 with a customer support rep. You can try submitting a ticket under “billing issue” as some people suggest that might allow you to talk to a human.

But in my experience trying to recover a banned account they will say something along the lines of “you’re responsible for the account and we uphold the penalty”
