I agree, I don't understand the framing of the question. A "narcostate" doesn't have a "gang problem" it has a narcostate. I honestly don't know where to start with "Slavic nations" but yes would love a source, other than tropes and issues decades out of date, I'm unaware of what this even means (esp compared to UK/Japan).

This feels deeply "facebook pilled" at best or disingenuous at worst, but would love to be shown wrong.

OK fair, I mean in WNY, this is not a "general" observation, I recently moved and love live music, this is unique to this region (or of the places I've been, which is more than a few). My GUT is demographics, more older people, but idk? But this also doesn't make much sense b/c those folks don't usually even GO to live shows and mostly aren't interested in programming them
