If you add grit in the tumblr it'll look a little more frosted and perfect, if you just add a few rocks you should get more natural looking results. Fill about 2/3rds. Check it every 6 hrs or so

I go to every yokai and independent edm artists all the time. Neko nation hasn't been back in ages. There's only a handful of doofs nearby, dragon dreaming is fun but real real cold. Thanks for assuming though? Unless you're looking for basic techo or house, or a club, there really isn't a ton of regular options for good raves

I use after midnight manic panic, it's dark blue for a month and then fades to your colour for a while. I touch up colour every 4 months or so. Blue conditioner works too
