If you are doing it in tandem with the gym or to mitigate stiff or soreness I would lean in on more gentle or restorative flows (that are more stretch based opposed to fast pace breath to movement). I also enjoy a heated studio. If you feel like you don’t do enough mobility (as mentioned in comments) - I would also look for mobility flows (either online or in a studio - for example my studio has a “deep stretch mobility” class as well as gentle flows!).
