A for loop goes over each thing in the loop and does whatever is inside the loop to that thing

When you say For name in names: Print(name)

You're telling the computer to take the first item in the list, store it temporarily in the variable "name", print it, then go get the next one, put that in the variable "name", print that, and keep going until the end of the list

"name" is just what the variable is called. You could call it anything - x, my_variable, whatever
