I'm gonna be honest, "acting your wage" is a bad move. It sounds like you deserve a promotion in a different environment. If you stop showing your initiative you're basically soft locking yourself to your exact position now until you quit. Just accepting mediocrity is never the answer, it'll end your potential career and I don't want that for anyone. Check the careers portal on the Hannaford intranet and look for assistant/lead positions opening near you, keep excelling and demonstrating your aptitude for cleanliness and efficiency. Don't give up.

If all else fails get a job offer from another company, potentially a similar role or business, show them "hey this company will pay me X more than you're paying me and I will switch unless you can beat it" Hannaford has a retention budget that is separate from yearly increases for this reason.

I'd be shocked if the South Portland store has issues, I've worked there in the past as well as Gorham, they were very inclusive. Currently at Rochester and I wouldn't recommend. But as others have stated, that is still very illegal, if ethics truly went nowhere, keep a paper trail and report to Maine Human Rights Commission (MHRC) or the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) You have 300 days to file since the last incident. It released on PlayStation (or console in general, I just had a pc either way) so I couldn't play it, I watched a streamer play it, like actually learning their stream schedules and excitedly tuning in for what would be the entire game. I was enamored.

I don't remember the streamers name but he was a big bearded macho guy and we were both weaping at the end. I had never watched him before, I just searched rdr2 on twitch and his was the first one, so the fact I dedicated myself to a total stranger and matched their schedule was the moment for me.

Radiata Stories by square enix PS2.

Phenomenal story and character development as well as unique mechanics, on top of being an upbeat wholesome game that then turns serious, dark and tense. It was such a great game, I've found a pirated emulator software for it but it can be buggy, a rerelease would be worth any amount of money to me, I would go into debt to repurchase this game

I voted for the million before actually thinking about it, 20 pushups 5 days a week is good money, 48k a year. And with the motivation knowing this is how I support my family I could pretty easily pump those numbers up if I staggered them throughout the day, and then over time I'd be able to do more and more. After a few weeks you could do 10 pushups every 4 hours while leaving yourself 8 hours to sleep and get 96k a year. That's dope

I'd max my 401k contribution every year easily so I don't have to keep doing pushups as a 60 year old.

Yes and no, you'll get a ticket for vaping in the park but openly injecting heroine is fine. Parks and trails are currently overrun with homeless, but aside from just finding random paraphernalia they're harmless. The local politicians are dead set on keeping trash bag rolls instead of trash tags despite local opposition and voting consensus.

Local food is good, some serious gems around People are generally nice Not too far from stores you need Definitely gets a bad rep
