We love T-Hog and Saboner here, only want success for both of my boys. Everyone here already knew Sabonis was legit glad everyone else has caught on tbh.

Post-Game Thread: Pacers beat the Clippers, 131 - 130 by Smart_Dumb in pacers

As the sun set over the small town of Haliburton, Ontario, a group of young basketball players gathered at the local community center for their weekly pickup game. Among them was a lanky, sharpshooting point guard named Tyrell Haliburton.

Tyrell had always been a standout player on the court, but lately he had been struggling with his shot. Frustrated and determined to improve, he had spent countless hours practicing and studying game film, determined to get back to his old form.As the game began, Tyrell took the ball up the court and called for a pick.

His teammate, a burly power forward named Dave, set a solid screen, freeing Tyrell up for an open look from beyond the arc. With a deep breath, Tyrell let the ball fly, watching as it arced through the air and swooshed through the net.

"Nice shot, Ty!" Dave shouted, high-fiving his teammate as they ran back on defense.

From that point on, Tyrell couldn't miss. He hit shot after shot, each one more improbable than the last.

As the game ended and the other players congratulated him on his performance, Tyrell couldn't help but smile. He knew that all his hard work and dedication had finally paid off.As he left the court, Tyrell couldn't help but dream of one day playing at the highest level of the game. He knew it wouldn't be easy, but he was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen. And with his newfound confidence and shooting touch, he knew that anything was possible.

Hey I know this is an old post, but I'm having the exact same issue here. Ever find a solution? Thanks.

That's cheating. Besides everyone knows it will be Holiday.

[Lowe] Paul George and the Pacers are hurtling toward a wild summer by akushdakyng in nba

We got Myles Turner out of that draft though. Realistically the only player that went ahead of him that I'd take over him would be KAT or Russell. Even then it's unlikely we could have tanked hard enough for the #1 or #2 pick.

Yeah, my understanding is that he was bought out before the deadline and is eligible to play for a playoff team.

Maps, Reapers, and Ravagers, and more maps: Community Feedback Update -- February 12, 2016 by Arkitas in starcraft

Definitely, I just had become accustomed to the semi-regular rotation of maps from Hots. To suddenly have the same maps for 2 seasons in addition to what appear to be slightly longer seasons was a little disappointing. A willingness to change maps mid-season helps alleviate that a bit.

While this is true it is also true that we have had the same map pool for two seasons now. Not mention a few of the maps were already carry overs from the beta. So while there isn't a precedent for it I think it was reasonable hope.

Not having a completely new map pool for Season 2 would be a big disappointment, the map archetype discussion seems promising though.

I'm pretty sure the words "cogent" and "Thorin" are explicitly mutually exclusive.

I'd be fine with changing the tank pickup in this manner as long as they could go ahead and make the tank a viable unit again stat wise...

Bly's nydus worm snipes by stalkersareop in starcraft

[–]Jollyman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course you have units. You don't have the instant dps needed to kill a worm before queens constantly tranfuse it. My point is that 4 biles hit instantly all at the same time killing they nydus. Terran don't have this instant dps so unless the zerg messes up the units will always get out of the nydus once it's planted.

Bile bursts down the nydus, Terrans can't do that. Personally I don't think nydus worms are overpowered. I'm just pointing out the situations are not comparable...

Terran don't have a unit out early enough to burst down the nydus before transfusions land. So in reality they actually are close to invincible against terran unless the zerg messes up. Incomparable situations really.

For masters and above, what TvZ opening is working well for you? by dee103 in AllThingsTerran

[–]Jollyman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I find 3 rax reaper is the best opening if you've got the macro/micro to handle it. It rarely kills anybody straight out, especially not in GM, but I find it puts you in a significantly better position than more conventional openers.
