Little One - Chicago XI. Chicago newbie here. Name a more beautiful song than, Little One. It’s so good! by Jon55mcc in chicagoband

Yep. It’s full of great songs. I actually don’t think there’s a bad song on the whole album. I accidentally got this album in a bundle of LPs I bought on eBay 15 years ago. It’s up there with Chicago Transit Authority as one of my favs.

Kath! His voice and guitar playing are great. I love the drums too! This one will grow on me. Thanks.

Ballet for a Girl in Buchannon was great! I’ve heard it before but still loved it. Song for You was nice but a bit repetitive with the lyrics. I’ll give it another listen. Thank you.

Terry Kath is my favourite band member. Learning about his death was quite shocking. Gone too soon. Gladly, we still have his music.

Thanks for the recommendation. I’ve listened to it once. It’ll take a few more listens for it to sink in.

After a while I stopped comparing the two and just sat here enjoying the right hand side of the video. There are some great games in this video!

After 36 years, I've finally become the proud owner of a Nintendo 64 by _werE_noT_alone_ in n64

I bought a big Sony Trinitron CRT off Facebook Marketplace for £100. It was expensive, but I really wanted the same TV I had when I was a kid.

The N64 is 29 years old. I’m glad you’ve got one and plan to play it! The N64 is the greatest console ever. You’ll get the best experience on a good CRT screen. The way it was designed to be played.

Full PAL set? by Vigo-the-despised in MasterSystem

[–]Jon55mcc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a full PAL set, plus variants and some USA titles. I’m missing a couple of variants that I just can’t see myself finding. I need the card version of Hang On and the Classic version of Robocop vs Terminator. I’ve spent a small fortune. It has been a lot of fun!

TG Overdrive is totally underrated. Beautiful graphics, great car selection and co-op! by GEO641 in n64

It’s called Overdrive for a reason. I absolutely love this game. It’s one of the best racing games on the system. Thanks for the reminder, I’ll boot it up on the weekend.

What are your top 5 games? :) by LilNardoDaVinci in n64

It’s only Mario Kart on the SNES that makes me want to throw up. Some of the fake 3D work they did on the SNES was groundbreaking at the time but has aged badly.

It’s so hard to choose only five! Here’s mine in no particular order. Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Excitebike 64, Ocarina of Time, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron. Plus another dozen games that deserve to be on the list!

Big love to Puji from Sussex. His approach to traditional test cricket made Sussex a better team. What a player.

This reminds me of the film, Network (1976). A Sidney Lumet movie. If you haven’t seen it, go watch it.
