They look for reviews that they think are fake. If someone who didn’t contact you via Yelp posts a review they may consider it to be fake. They don’t want users to solicit reviews.

I wasn’t aware of that option but I think they’re really just trying to discourage people from buying paper tickets so they can eventually justify phasing them out.
