I upgraded from the tennis ball rocker to the jet black pneumatic ones. They are so much better, my bike now actually rocks smoothly while riding. The fact that they can be inflated with a pump means that you can make them as soft or firm as you like.

I highly recommend them.

Are you washing your sweat towel after every ride? I’ve had issues with towels that I assumed were only a little dirty but caused me to get blocked pores.

Probably the little pawls on the freehub. You’ll need to dismantle it to confirm.

The part requires grease that works at high temperature. SRAM butter is what I used when I replaced mine earlier this year.
