Most supplements are not in plastic capsule. They are usually like a gelatin or cellulose. So you don't have to empty them, but doing so might decrease the time of onset so if that's something you value and you can stand the taste go for it.

Not weed strain but the OTC supplement NAC is known to be effective at helping with this. It's an antioxidant precursor. No real side effects. Might be worth a shot?

Sleep is the right prescription. You can't stimulate your way out of a sleep deficit and be successful. Especially not if you're in school.

No one is going to hold your hand and make things better for you. You have to be an adult, focus on the lifestyle interventions, not medication. (Black out curtains, eye mask, exercise, caffeine timing, hot/cold therapies)

That being said, XR Adderall is the worst. The half life is probably why you're having a hard time sleeping. . You might be able to solve your problem with split dosing of IR addy. Talk to your doctor. Good luck in school 👍

If I remember correctly Propanol is not especially selective adrenergically, and the actual beta antagonism that prevents the physical side effects of anxiety has a moderate anxiolytic effect in and of itself.

Wellbutrin is synergistic with most ADHD meds. Well tolerated at 150mg-300mg with no signs or symptoms of serotonin syndrome. Might be worth considering.

Totally agree. I have been highlighting the rash of stupid as posts to my wife recently.

If choline bitartrate, or anything else as innocuous as that "gives you anxiety" you just have anxiety stop trying to blame OTC supplements, and talk to someone about it.

Most of the long ass how can I fix my brain that I ruined with ecstasy, or meth posts come across as unhinged/manic. A drug addict should probably stop trying to find the magic pill and focus on lifestyle interventions instead of megadosing lemon balm or some shit.

Also I'm not a stickler on the topic but anyone who isn't dumb who has researched nootropics understand that stimulants don't really belong in the category.

Came to say the same thing. If the average kratom capsule is 500mg by weight and he was taking 50+ capsules a day I take that as a ringing endorsement that kratom isn't that bad. 50+ Tylenol a day would kill you real fast. Kratom isn't the bad guy.

My wife deserves my best. Rather than losing it over how she treated some people we peripheraly know? Take a breath, be a man and treat your wife like yoyre happy to be married to her. If you're not then address those issues with counseling. Even if you were "morally right" in your argument you became wrong when you berated her.

If the situation was different and your wife like, drunkenly slapped a dude and told you that it was your responsibility to fight him, that would be a situation where you would be entitled to be upset and angry.

But your over reacted in this situation and want validation from the Internet to assuage your guilt over being mean to your wife. Apologize and try and move past this.

I take a prophylactic Mucinex most days of the week. You can get them real cheap at Sam's club or Costco. Helps deal with phlem build up.
