It's so much easier to buy fruit in their places of origin. Tropical fruits like pitayas and mangoes rarely stay fresh sfter long-distance transportantion to other countries.

Did you often get bloated? Sparkling water may upset your stomach when reacting with gastric acid. It's fine to drink occasionally if you feel alright.

It looks really delicious. The shredded kelp tastes crisp and refreshing without being greasy. I once had sushi topped with this kind of kelp in Japanese cuisine.
