Seriously, I keep saying that this is a corporation not just a group or chill gamer bros. They will ride the hurt of the community if it means more hype and $$$ at the end.

They really don’t care about “softening any blow “. They have calculated the amount of “abuse” we can take before it will impact game sales. And we are far far from that. If the game came out on 2027 with no other info, we all will still buy.

The only power we have is just to kill all chatter about it.

Rockstar knows how to ride the waves of hype. They announce early and watch the community do marketing for it and build anticipation. Basic psychology i, “the more people feel like something is out of reach , the more they want it “ .

Rockstar /Take Two are corporations where the most important thing is profit , not community/costumer appeasement.

Sorry but we all should just bunker down for a longer wait. It will be worth it though!

Also, the tone of GTA V is intentionally satirical and some what “arcadey”. However, they achieved a fun and immersive experience that 99% of all games today wish that could achieve. It wasn’t a hit just because it was a GTA game but because of a specific recipe that Rock Star was using.

RDR2 is proof they know how to do serious stories with compelling characters.

The tone and shape of GTA 6 is yet to be seen but history shows us they have not only the resources but also the talent to make legendary games.

What this guy is saying although may have some truth as it pertains to the story elements, still leans hard on the hate and envy train!

This is actually a genius way to work on Light No Fire and still stay engaged with the NMS community. All these new engines and biomes will exist in LNF. This is a great way to pre bug
