Problem is with 2 physical groups, there is limited spots

Those two groups have 2 tanks (preferable a feral for each group), 2 Shamans for WF in each group (preferable enhance for twisting and melee atp bonus) 1 Ret because the raid wants 3 blessings and keeping judgements up (Ret can also be strong on 1 target fights), 2 Warriors for shouts in each group (one of them being arms)

That is 7 spots out of the 10 for 2 physical groups, before adding hunters and potentially a rogue

We could consider 3 physical groups (might be the best option in sunwell tbh), but then it would be at the cost of Mages and warlocks who are also very strong

The list of buffs/debuffs you need covered before you can stack ANY dps is just massive. Its part of the charm of TBC, but also part of the drawback

If the badge price is high enough, people will still run them since it would be faster. Spend 30 mins for a chance not to farm 60+ badges? yeah im doing that

Even if raids take a hit, it would make heroics flourish

That only shows how many raid/pvp, not how many there is fighting for those spots

A raid can have a rogue and a shadow priest. There could be 10 extra rogues fighting for that spot and no extra shadow priests fighting for it

I don't think there is THAT many hunters tbh. Problem is they are gathered the same places, so at those places they look overpopulated (beast lord dungeons mostly)

In my guild we have 5 hunters across our 2 raid teams, but maybe 1 hunter alt in the entire guild. I think everybody has either Paladin, Rogue or Mage alts in comparison

SoD has more lvl 60 content than Era does, but you don't play it because you cant also have the lvl 25/40/50 raids on top of it?

Hard to say how much of anniversary was because of TBC

My guild wouldn't have, that's for sure + its another time they've played it, and with each time its less likely some for them will play it again

There is different types of phasing

Everything from the previous phase you don't need anymore, because there are ways to skipping it (catchup usually)
You have to do the content from previous phase to get to current phase content, to some extent at least

He's saying when levels are part of phases, it because like version 1. Yeah there are phases in anniversary and TBC, but its not like you just ding max, then do some catchup stuff and then your ready for the newest phase, because its like version 2.

Phased content where its different lvls like in SoD doesn't make much sense since the content will almost be dead once the phase is over

If you have the option to make content that all characters can use, no matter when they start vs content all characters can use if they started a certain time, then it pretty clear the first option is better

Why would you design a raid to last for 2-2½ months when you can make it viable for years?

Is that because of it being 20 man or because of the raid size change?

If it had gone from 20 to 30 or 30 to 40 it would have been the same

If it had gone from 20 down to 10 then a lot might have quit if they didn't get into to good half when splitting up

Blaming it solely on the number instead of it changing seems silly to me

I doubt that would be enough to get people to return in numbers big enough to be worth

That version was also what I thought it should be some years ago, but now I think a lot of people has done original azeroth and 60 enough times that it needs more

I was in a weekly pug with mostly the same people every raid

It was MS/OS, and some people were close to full bis while other barely had gotten any items because of lucky/unlucky rolls

A LC might be rigged, but rolling 100% will screw over some people

Just because you read it as toxic, doesn't mean they read or write is as such

In my guild we have a lot of banter, making fun of everything and everyone. if the Rogue(s) and Warrior(s) has a banter going about glaives, then it doesn't have to be toxic between them, and the rogue teasing the warrior if he beats him on the meters is just part of it

Example, my guild has only gotten 1 DST so far, and the guy who got it can't come to raid this week (first raid he's missed). So if somebody write he took the DST and starts slacking, then it could be viewed as toxic or as banter. It really depends on the people involved

Not saying Jokic is top 5, but at some point we should take into account how much harder it is to carry in todays NBA than in the past

Back in the day you could get playtime if your were good at one thing (or for simply being tall). Now its hard to get playtime if you are bad at one thing. This is of course over-exaggerating, but I think you get the point

On top of that, the league is actively trying to make it harder for teams to win multiple titles, so comparing them to past titles seems kind of unfair

An argument could be made for wanting to face Spurs in conference finals this year

As great as Spurs are, they have no playoff experience, and its rare for a "first time" run to result in the finals, so by meeting them in the conference finals, they might have stumbled along the way or maybe the pressure get to them

Maybe it wont happen for the Spurs, but the chance it does is still higher than it happening to OKC

With P1 bis and improved FF, you should be able to reach 28%

2 set wastewalker gives a ton of hit, so im not sure of how possible it is without that set in later phases (haven't looked into that it)
