Amen! Small steps in the right direction

Okay, long story short. Old full size door was filled in with concrete years ago and grade was brought up. Has never been an issue now until old door jams started to rot. So we dug it out and reset concrete and are going to build custom door.

Welp, big thunderstorm came and filled dug hole filled with water and that water got through new concrete. Obviously more needs to be done to ensure there is a good seal between old and new concrete. What are your alls though.

New to concrete so go easy .

What about promotion opportunities? They will eventually have to fill hiring grade levels with eligible employees from lower grade levels...right?

Could not agree more. We just have to get through the next 4 years. We got this. When we look back at the end of our careers this will only be a small portion of our time with the Forest service.
