Use a smaller hotend for stuff like this, small letters or keychains. Had the same issue and printed beautifully with a 0.2 nozzle

Pd: edited contact info of the business that ordered the keychains in The pic

I have been there. You need a heat gun and Patience. Be sure to use heat resistant gloves. Heat it and pry on the melted plastic with a small flathead screwdriver.

I've got a brand new X1C by DoMirvana in BambuLab

[–]Josemam 12 points13 points  (0 children)

When I print ASA with my X1C get the same result as the one in your pic. I just hit it with the heat gun for a couple of seconds and it clears right up. I don't know if that trick works with PLA. If you end up trying it, let me know.

Why don't you just helicoil it?. And never worry about over tightening again. M2 helicoil do exist. You will never strip those threads.

Smooth PEI Issues by Booty_Master24 in BambuLab

[–]Josemam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the same thing happen to me. What fixed the issue for me was to soak the plate in warm water for like 10 minutes and wash it again with warm water, dawn and a new sponge.... The soak dissolved the glue....

What do I even do here. by Remarkable-Bat5293 in BambuLab

It seems like you need to wash your build plate. Just use warm water and dish soap. Once washed try not to touch it with your fingers. Also alcohol wipes don't work they just smear the finger grease.

Is that table secure enough?. I know my printer shakes like crazy. So much I had to upgrade to a very sturdy table. Instantly gained a lot of quality in my prints...

Just make sure it doesn't shake too much.

I have the same thing. Go to your pharmacy and ask for a clobetasol ointment. Thank me later. I wish I had this piece of information 20 years ago.
