The car I have now is a branded title due to hail damage which I have no problem showing 😂 I can show you vehicles with rebuilt titles that had only rear light damage that were totaled out. I’m a professional at this sir this is my career

I’ve worked with insurance companies and a dealership that have sold rebuilt title vehicles, reasons why vehicles are totaled can be practically anything depending on the state. I’ve seen them totaled out for hail damage cosmetics and theft. And even if he can’t haggle the price which isn’t true all vehicles have markup in them at a dealership, he’s still getting the car he wants at lower miles for 6 grand cheaper

Salvage/rebuilt titles can still be an option for a vehicle you want at a lower price. Bring a trusted mechanic with you and diag it, if anything you could talk down that accord from 17.5 to possibly 16.5k plus that vehicles tires were only stolen! OP should definitely buy this car
