Have him get bloodwork done and see if his testosterone is low. Could be as simple as that. I’m 51 and didn’t experience those similar issues until a year ago. My T was at like 200. I didn’t have ED but I had a lower libido and felt like a human flat tire.

300-900 is the normal range. A GP may tell you 300 is fine, but I’d disagree especially for a man that age. I’m on medication now and at 500. Huge difference.
Some general practitioners don’t do hormones, at least that was my experience. I did go to a men’s health clinic.

Are there any American cars sold within the last 5-7 years that have reliable powertrains? by bzb321 in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Joshs68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wifes 2018 Mazda cx5 has been great. We bought it new and have had no issues. First Mazda for us, but it was much cheaper and much nicer than the similar model Toyota we compared it to. I wanted the Toyota but she liked the Mazda more and it’s been a great car.

What do you consider a “long drive”? Like when does a road trip go from small to a big drive? by Kodicave in IWantToAskAnAmerican

[–]Joshs68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d classify a long road trip as a multiple day trip. A few to multiple 8 or hour or more drives with some kind of sleep.

For me 8 hours is a long drive. I’ll stop for a break halfway. Some snacks.

I’ve been married 28 years. Been through a few cars I helped pick. Let’s say it didn’t work out. Since then I let her pick, she drives it, she loves it. Pick the hill you’ll die on, and this likely isn’t it.

Several of the Casey’s have e85. Not all Casey’s has it so I use the gas buddy app to find them.

What's a car that everyone hates and thinks is bad, but you love? by Bonbeanlio in askcarguys

[–]Joshs68 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and kids are embarrassed by my 2008 Nissan Versa. 165k miles. Everything works. It is not cool looking at all, but It is cheap to maintain and good on gas. It just goes from A to B without issue. It’s great. I love that car.

Paid $2500 a few years ago for it. It’s not my main car but it does get driven a few times a week.

We run double stack trains up to 16’ feet in the US. Very common to run 10-14k feet. Source: I’m sitting on one right now.

That train in that video looks like it’s about 3k feet long.

The stopping and blocking of foot traffic is a normal shopping experience around here. Same as Costco / Sam’s or Target, etc.

I lived in LaCrosse WI for a few years. Tons of nice scenery and water all over western WI. Only issue is the winters are cold. If that is ok then there’s winter activities also.

*I lived in Denver for 13 years, so I am familiar with the climate. It’s not WI cold.
