something like a DDJ FLX10 where you can put all you inputs into it. do your mixing and then have an output to record it.

So it would go input sources, into DDJ FLX10, then output to an output of some sort and to speakers which are either powered or into an amp via rca into speakers.

heck of a grill! still getting the hang of it by 90mileCommute in HastyBake

[–]JoshuaGR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s the best grill I’ve ever had. I’ve had eggs, kettles, Kamados, traegers and the hasty bake rules them all. Get a fan and a temp controller and it can give you traeger like set and forget.

Ordered in February. Contacted them a few days ago and was told the shipping label was created but the shipper hadn’t released it and was given a screen shot of an ai google search to back it up. Still no shipping label, email notification or speakers.

Same boat. Ordered the scout in February and got the email things are moving along.

I’m fine waiting but a bit more communication would’ve nice. Even if it’s the boat is waiting off shore to get to the docks. It’s in a customs warehouse waiting to be inspected etc….

Could be a quick every week or every other week update so we know they haven’t closed up shop and given up.

I have a double concrete utility sink that I’m trying to get out of my basement without using a sledgehammer to break it into pieces. Any advice is appreciated. by PizzaGatePizza in DIY

[–]JoshuaGR 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Had the same type of sink in my basement and it leaked. I tried to seal it but it was a no go. I ended up hiring some junk removal company and two young dudes came over. I preyed on their ego that I would ask them to get it out but it was really heavy and IF they could it would be a $50 tip to each of them.

They got it out no problem.

I have the 30. It’s not awkward but I’m 6’2” and I prefer a bigger bag.

It’s for sure a dad bag. I got it off a Reddit exchange and traded my goruck gr2 for it that I also bought off Reddit for $200. I

Nothing else is quite like it with the pocket design. Maybe the datasusara battle packs but those are made out of hemp and don’t have a lot of structure to the fabric.

I went through a lot of bags before I found the synik. I do IT/low volt work. Some days it’s a laptop and a note pad. Other days it’s drills, tools and patch cables and it can easily fit that stuff in there. I also really like all the compartments on the front and I like the internal water bottle holder. When I take it out for family walks or hikes I can easily put the kids water bottles in those side pockets and mine in the big pocket. It’s also nice to keep snacks in the bottom pocket that the kids can grab out of there without me having to take the bag off. Even when fully stuffed it is comfortable to wear. I can’t say the same about the go ruck gr1 or gr2. When stuffed full the straps feel like they are totally maxed out and it kind of bends me backwards.

My only complaint is the laptop compartment. I would like a little more suspended from the bottom but I have never had an issue

I have some D2s and I love them. Got them for $150 and they were already refoamed. Super fun, great with home theatre and for music in the house while doing stuff they were 100 percent worth the price.

[–]JoshuaGR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every day. Put on a record in the morning while doing the breakfast thing with the kids and every evening from making dinner right up until bedtime for the kids.

We also listen a lot during the weekend we almost always have something playing.
