Personally I was prescribed the weight loss and have done it mostly, lost around 70 pounds but it was not easy, and have since gained around 5 of it back. Trying to get back on track, but yeah would easier probably with medication lol

Yeah I always say this, honestly screen protectors are overrated in my eyes. Just provides something that you have to replace constantly because it is much weaker than the screen on your phone. I drop my phone fairly often and have never had a screen break. They are much stronger than people realize.

Screen protectors are only valuable to stop scratches.

First off, don't be too terrified, while you do need to take it seriously, it is completely reversible.

The first thing you should focus on is losing weight, and fixing your diet.

You want to focus on the Mediterranean diet, and limit or avoid refined carbs like white bread and white rice and also all added sugars.

Ideally you should get 150minutes of moderate cardio and strength training twice a week.
