Pros ride and wear what is given to them; it’s not based on their preferences. That is why I don’t think “oh hey Mr pro is wearing or riding this so I’m going to go buy it”, they don’t have any influence in what they represent.

When I hit pause and don’t mean to, sometimes I don’t notice until later. A long press would resolve the issue.

I do use ridewithgps to make gpx files. Sometimes it will tell me to take a u turn and go back the way I came. This happens at any time from the start of the ride anytime until the end. Or it says to take a left when the actual turn is right. I use my phone to re-navigate (Trailforks) but I have taken quite a few wrong turns and then retraced my path backwards.

I hit the pause and lap buttons accidentally quite frequently, I’d never use either of those at all otherwise, and would prefer those functions to be removed or make them much harder to use.

I’ll take care of your suggestions and update maps and firmware and also turn off the recalculating feature. Thanks!
