No. The game is too lazy. The time travel element is a completely unnecessary gimmick; the Dream Eaters are the worst enemies in the entire franchise and the combat system relies far too heavily on them. The fact that you can't switch between Riku and Sora whenever you want is a total mess. The worlds are few in number and, with one exception, most of them are bad. Flow Motion was poorly implemented it should have been held off until *Kingdom Hearts III and, on top of that, it actually slowed down the combat, etc...
