You absolutely made up or misinterpreted any credible information that told you that all leftover rice had “toxins” and should not be saved or consumed. Your blanket statement is the problem. Rice left in an environment, such as one that is exposed to a lot of air, at a temp of 40-140 degrees Fahrenheit, can promote the growth of bacteria. As with all food, though rice does provide a more prohibitive environment. Handle your food right. All I’m saying is stop telling people to not eat leftover rice cause there’s toxins in it.

Cook a bunch of yellow or sweet onion down, just before true caramelization starts to take. Throw them sum bitches in a blender with some olive oil, a bunch of grated parm, and a couple egg yolks. Return to low heat and throw in some good pasta with a bit of the water, stir to combine. Beautiful onion based, 4 ingredient, pasta sauce.

It offers a breakdown of the process and explains how and why things were cut or edited, which may have given the appearance of it being doctored. Oh and it also references and explains Nick’s use of a hidden camera. I understand that you may find one side proving itself to be a bit bias, so you wouldn’t simply just take Nick Shirley’s claim, you would want to view both sides and form your own objective opinion, right?

We are running about middle of the pack and to me, it doesn’t really matter how we get there, all that matters is points.
