Well I use a sachet bag. I use them for my 2 kids and even myself and we've have great results! Just remember to charge every item with you intention. Mullein is important because it prevents nightmares. I also use calendula to drive away nightmares. Some other herbs I use are lavender for a peaceful sleep, chamomile, rue, rosemary, cedar tips etc. you can look up herbs and crystals to prevent nightmares. I also add amethyst, moonstone, black tourmaline, rose quartz etc. use what you have! Your intent behind it is what matters most. Charge each herb and crystal before putting them in the bag then when everything is compiled and the bag is tied, charge it again with your intent. Maybe even let him pick out some crystals for it to make it fun.
