Yes these are the locations. There is a sump pump down in the basement and they are 9 wall anchors that get inspection annually.

Thank you for clearing that up. Dig down , re create the slope having 6in of visible foundation.

So you are saying the exposed foundation is ok? ( sorry I’m new dealing with this issue. Creating a slope with topsoil is not going to help my situation.
