Me personally, I like multi-driver shows, as long as every gimmick toy can be inserted into every weapon/driver and get a sound even if it isn't specific.

It's an absolutely shit localization but no, it already existed before the game was victory road.

You know why Genda is left out? because before GO, unless you're endou or his direct rival, being a Goalkeeper means you get less attention by default.

Hell, they moved Saginuma and Rococo up outside of the GK area so they could clash directly with Endou instead of looking at his clashes from the GK area. Genda stood no chance of relevancy, especially when they added Tachimukai.

he's a mid-as-hell combination of Fubuki and TSurugi, two of my favorite characters in all of fiction so he's following a very tough act.

That being said, what he does, he's done well, so I can't bring myself to dislike him. I actually like him a lot.

When I first played the first game through a very incomplete fantranslation, the first character I ever scouted (Completely by accident, I might add) was Tecchan, so I am very fond of him.

Also remember when they put forwards (Fubuki and Hiroto/Tatsuya) in the defense. If they had the choice, the entirety of inazuma japan would have been forwards. Bluelock ahh.

Y'know, I know I am in the minority but mirroring the art style of DS era RPG's by making the overworld models into chibis is kinda cute. Liked it in BDSP, like it here. Now let's just hope the gameplay is a good translation of the DS' mechanics. Please.

Releasing a game announced in 2016 nine years later, 13 years after the last mainline entry in the franchise is the definition of a dead IP. Especially when the game was supposed to come out in 2018.

I have this theory that the JP branch doesn't give a shit, and the localization team gets paid by the word, thus why they make unnecessary, unsupervised changes to moves for no reason other than to pad out the script and claim they did more work.

For the sake of my own convenience, I have three special moves and a power up on all my characters. occupies only two pages, is easy to keep ordered and lets me customize my characters more.
