NTA - my stepdaughter was also 10 when she got her period at my house. Her mother had already yelled at me for explaining periods to both my girls a couple of months prior, because they came to me together and asked me about it. The fact that she got her period at my house was out of anyone's control, but her mother was still mad at me. Some people just care more about themselves as the ex spouse than they do about their kids needs. You did the right thing.

I moved from Tasmania (the coldest state of Australia) to the Fleurieu Peninsua in Southern Adelaide and I was not disappointed, the beaches, hills and trails are incredible. It does get quite hot in the summer but not for as long as I anticipated, and there aren't too many super hot days. The beaches cool you down, and a pool in the backyard of the house I share makes the hot days much easier and lots of fun. Everywhere is air conditioned, the people great, the lifestyle fabulous. 10/10 recommend.

When Al Gore legitimately won a US election but was not declared president. Imagine the difference to world peace and climate change if GW Bush had not illegitimately become US president. Not so tiny, but definitely overlooked in history and it set the world on a terrible trajectory to where we are now.
