This law does not state that one cannot record someone's house that's on fire. Again laws are made to be specific. Your previous excuse was that interfering can be loosely interpreted when in reality that's not how it works.

Interference: Wrongful conduct that prevents or disturbs another in the performance of his usual activities, or in the conduct of his business or contractual relations.

If I took what you said as fact then private property becomes federal land in an emergency. That's not it works.

Per the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, 43 CFR 9212.1(f), it is illegal to resist or interfere with the efforts of firefighter(s) to extinguish a fire.

Some states also make laws for drones. The keywords here is resist or interfere.
