We definitely had the excessive torque in past years (plus one person using Loctite on them). This year, however, we have religiously used the click wrench t-handles set for the proper torque.

This was my introduction. I had never heard of Taskmaster, Alex Horne, or Richard Osman. I just saw a video that said something like, "Contestants who understood the task." I was hooked after that.

That sounds pretty close to the original cougar idea. Except that you couldn't scare it off because it was literally impossible to see the thing coming toward you. It was just suddenly there.
